I have worked with Adam and his team at Encite for the past several years. I would say that before we began working with Adam, our marketing efforts were marginally effective. He and his team worked with the school to increase our presence in our market area and made sure that every marketing effort we did had a specific purpose.
They were very collaborative is working with us. We set up a shared drive that made it easy to review projects and other related documents. I really appreciated that Encite respected our ideas while also interjecting their expertise. Adam was always very accessible and followed through on all of the projects that we worked on together.
Now that I have moved to Southern Tech, I am in the process of evaluating our current marketing program so I can see how to utilize their services again.

Adam is a graduate of Colorado State University (bachelor’s degree in marketing), and he has experience on both the client and agency side of the marketing world. These experiences led him to come up with a unique, more efficient business model, which he’s incorporated into Encite Marketing. Adam sets the strategic direction for all Encite projects, developing integrated marketing campaigns that bring results. He takes a consultative approach with clients, educating them about how the process works, and keeping them in the loop about end goals, steps, and tasks.
